I mediate in and around New York City (including Westchester and New Jersey) and can travel to where you are.

Hours
My hours are flexible--I hold day, evening and week-end sessions.

Length/Number of Sessions
A session is typically between two and four hours, often longer in commercial cases. Many disputes are resolved in a single session; others, particularly divorce, are not. The parties decide the length, timing and number of sessions.

Fees
I charge an hourly fee for mediations to cover actual session time, preparation (review of documents and telephone conversations if extended) and drafting of agreements. The fee is based on the type of case, number of parties and location. Payment is usually shared equally by the parties.
