I am a mediator and principal of Nancy Kramer Mediation. Trained as an attorney, I practiced law for over 25 years before becoming a mediator.

Today I mediate disputes in and around New York City. My areas of specialization are:

• commercial: contract, performance, non-compete provisions, etc.

• family matters (gay and straight): separation, divorce, custody, estate

• work place: discrimination, colleague and supervisor problems, promotion, leave, etc.

• co-op and condo: disputes between shareholders and with the board.
